Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open a joswin account. joswin reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard welcome bonus carries a 30× rollover requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
Prohibited Activities
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. joswin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
